wokay, in case u didnt know, i just came back from a mission trip to batam. superficially, the trip was perfectly fine. good food, reasonable housing and it was really fun throughout. but, unfortuntely, i felt really dry during the entire trip. try as i might, no matter what i did, i couldnt hear much from the Holy Spirit except for one occasion, while sharing my testimony. however, i was quickly taken over by feelings of self satisfaction that i lost any contact established.
the first possible reason was prolly because i wasnt focussing on God and what He wanted. with this said, i need to learn to quieten myself and listen instead of acting in the way i think is right.
